Social Impact Fund
Ingage created the Social Impact Fund in 2015 to grow its collective impact. Ingage owner-employees can elect to donate a percentage of their Paid Volunteer Time Off (PVTO) into the fund, which is matched dollar-for-dollar by the company. Employees then select one non-profit organization to receive the funds and 100 pro-bono professional service hours.

“A few months ago I met an amazing guy from a great organization (Ingage) who contacted me to apply for the Social Impact Fund. Rosemary's Babies Co. was 1 of 4 finalists and presented today. AWESOME RIGHT? We were awarded $1K.
I personally could not be more impressed with 1N5 because their founder Nancy Eigel Miller shared her experience and smile with a talkative newbie on the block (me) this morning. We had a lot in common.
Congratulations to all the winners. Thank you Ingage Partners💛”Rosemary O.Rosemary's Babies Co.
“Thanks to the Ingage Partners Social Impact Fund, we can do so much more great work on mental health in and around our city with this grant for $36,200 and 100 hours of IT assistance!
We can't wait to do BIG things with this!”Nancy M.1N5
