Karina thrives in the space “in between,” which is why you will find her wearing many different hats on software development projects. She loves human-centered design and feels her most comfortable helping clients and teams discover what is most important their users and stakeholders. If you were to look through her backpack, you’d find sticky notes, whiteboard markers, and Sharpies—always ready for whiteboarding, brainstorming, planning, and researching.
Karina is graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where she earned her master of liberal arts.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and son enjoying the outdoors, hiking and kayaking. Karina loves to cook and has begun experimenting with old-fashioned food preservation techniques, like canning, pickling, and fermenting.
