Social Impact Fund

Ingage created the Social Impact Fund in 2015 to grow its collective impact. Ingage owner-employees can elect to donate a percentage of their Paid Volunteer Time Off (PVTO) into the fund, which is matched dollar-for-dollar by the company. Employees then select one non-profit organization to receive the funds and 100 pro-bono professional service hours.

“We can't say enough words of gratitude to Ingage Partners for the $41,000 grant we received, through their #SocialImpactFund.

This award will enable more evidence-based peer-to-peer suicide prevention program into more areas of Ohio, including underserved rural school students.

By enhancing mental wellness, safety, and prevention in schools, new communities of students can work together to save lives.

Grant Us Hope is honored to partner with Ingage!”

“iSPACE is honored to be the recipient of the inaugural Ingage Social Impact Fund grant. We felt it was an excellent exercise to hone our message down to a 15 minute presentation and develop a compelling deck to accompany it. This made us think about our specific programs and the impact each one has and then convey that in the most efficient way possible.

This was a tremendous opportunity for us and your investment in iSPACE validates our efforts to develop career pathways for our region’s future STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) workforce. As well as the generous financial gift, we are especially proud to have Ingage employees partner with us by contributing 200 volunteer hours.”
