It’s hard to believe the holiday season has arrived! During Thanksgiving week, our team came together for our November Ingage Day to reflect on our continued growth, shared success, and meaningful activity.
We kicked things off with a Thanksgiving lunch together at the Ingage office, an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and simply enjoy being in the same space. With many of our consultants often working at client sites, these moments of in-person connection are especially meaningful. Between conversations about projects, team challenges, family updates, and holiday plans, the room buzzed with that unmistakable Ingage energy: supportive, collaborative, and always people-first.

Our 12th Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive
After lunch, we shifted to one of our favorite annual traditions: the Ingage Thanksgiving Food Drive. Now in its 12th year, this initiative is a meaningful part of how we live out our commitment as a B Corp to support the wellbeing of our community. Each year, our team fills boxes with Thanksgiving essentials that are donated to Crossroads Church and distributed to families across the Dayton and Cincinnati areas.
Shopping lists in hand, we split into teams, piled into cars, and started mapping out our grocery game plans. Fueled by turkey, mashed potatoes, and the competitive spirit only a food drive can spark, we were ready.
A Little Friendly Competition (and a Lot of Creativity)
Of course, no Ingage Food Drive would be complete without our signature photo scavenger hunt, another way we bring energy, laughter, and community into the day. Between tracking down stuffing, canned veggies, pie filling, and all the classic staples, teams also turned their attention to the place we call home, capturing candid moments throughout our building and the surrounding Cincinnati East End neighborhood. Some teams channeled their inner 90s nostalgia with full-on Supermarket Sweep energy, darting through aisles, snapping photos, and racing to check items off their lists. Others leaned into their post-Thanksgiving-lunch mode… moving a little slower, but with the determination of seasoned scavenger hunt pros. Either way, the aisles never stood a chance.

Packing With Purpose
Once carts were filled and scavenger hunt triumphs secured, we headed back to the office to pack everything into boxes for delivery. Assembly-line style, our team worked together to make sure each family receives everything they need for a full Thanksgiving meal.
The result? A few hours filled with connection, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose, reminding us why this tradition matters so much.
Gratitude in Action
As we wrap up another successful Thanksgiving Food Drive, we’re grateful for:
- A team that always shows up for each other and for our community
- A workplace culture that prioritizes impact over ego
- The opportunity to give families in our region a warm holiday meal
These moments are simple, meaningful, and shared, that make Ingage more than a workplace. We are a community. Here’s to carrying this spirit of gratitude, generosity, and togetherness into the rest of the holiday season.
