Situation

Our client was facing a heavy workload of projects and had limited internal resources, with no standard project management lifescycle. We were asked to conduct an audit of their current state and make recommendations for a more effective and efficient methodology going forward.

Solution 

We conducted interviews and collected data to provide an overview of the as-is operations. Based upon our findings, we identified the need for a project management toolkit that would provide a roadmap for success in future project management efforts.

Results

Ingage Partners gained leadership buy-in to support the delivery of a customized process and project management tools, fully supported by a toolkit for associates to use in their own environment.
