Situation

Our client lacked a central method for error reporting from various systems and had minimal functionality for alerts to flag potential issues. The client was looking for a reliable and consistent way to enhance error tracking and to notify appropriate personnel when unexpected errors were found.

Solution 

Ingage Partners built a Web and Windows Service based application that aggregates audit and error information, handling reporting and sending notifications when application metrics are outside expected parameters. We partnered closely with our client in design meetings to ensure ease of use and to determine what conditions would necessitate notifications.

Results 

Our client now has a much improved audit procedure for driving out errors from multiple systems, with an automated alerts system.
