A New Season for Kelly Dolan

If you’ve been lucky enough to cross paths with Kelly Dolan, you’ll know that she’s one fearless leader that inspires others among other things, mom, wife, sister… we could go on but we’ll get to the point.  We’d like to share with you that Kelly is stepping down as co-CEO of Ingage and Revision Collective.

This shift has been something we have been considering with our Board of directors for some time. With organizational changes and two kiddos flying the coop at home, it made sense for Kelly to continue to pursue her dreams outside of a full time co-CEO role. With a deep care for Ingage and its continued success, she will remain with Ingage in a part-time executive advisory role and be an active member of the Revision Collective Board of Directors.

For those of you who know the Ingage story, you’ll know that 13 years ago Kelly and Michael left their successful careers to start a business (Ingage Partners).. What started as a small idea and a bold vision over conversations in a coffee shop, turned into…

… and so much more. It’s nearly impossible to summarize our 13 year history with a few bullet points and Kelly will claim it to have been impossible without everyone at Ingage, but we're here to say it would have been impossible without you and Michael boldly declaring “yes”.

In a note shared with employees, Kelly states

“Thirteen years ago this month, I stepped out of my comfort zone and with an equal dose of fear and courage I quit my job and started a business with a bold vision. I would be part of creating a company where people were equally inspired to contribute to serving the community as the bottom line. Over the many seasons of building our company, we brought together the brightest and most generous people, shared treasured experiences and at times painful failures and goodbyes. We celebrated our collective impact and imagined what more we would do. We created a thriving business that earns profits, inspires employee owners, solves tough client problems and makes a difference in our world. I am really proud of what we built together and filled with gratitude for the privilege to lead this special group of people.”

Thank you Kelly for your leadership we are excited for your next chapter and will miss your daily presence at Ingage!
