Our client recently partnered with a major healthcare provider taking over the management of over 6MM vision care customers, with the opportunity to bring another 2MM with a successful transition. Ingage Partners was asked to lead the Business Transformation efforts, which consisted of Process Changes, Change Readiness, Learning, and Business Cutover.
Working closely with our client and their partner through an in depth discovery phase, we developed plans for the business acquisition, required cutover and work and risk mitigation plans.
First, we delivered training across 8 different stakeholders and 4 different time zones. We then led business cutover across a seven day period as one set of processes and systems. The integration was seamless, with no impact to the more than 6 MM customers. A new standard for business cutover was also established and set the stage for more third party processing.
