As a Certified B Corp, we strive to balance purpose and profit. We commit to consider the impact of our decisions on our employees, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment. We are part of a community of leaders, driving a global movement of people using business as a force for good.

Champion a Cause

Champion a Cause is an Ingage giving program that encourages employees to be ambassadors of a nonprofit organization of their choice. Through this program, each nonprofit chosen can receive up to $1,500 per year in contributions. Employees take advantage of our Paid Volunteer Time Off to serve the nonprofit throughout the year.

3% for the Tristate

3% for the Tristate is our giving model and commitment to contribute 3% of our revenue to transform communities. We have an exceptionally strong culture, driven by passionate and purpose-driven individuals. In 2020, our team served 3,691 hours in our community and made possible $406,816 in donations and over $2 million since our inception in 2011.

PIFC is a local nonprofit created to empower people to bring positive change to Greater Cincinnati. Our Ingage team participates in a variety of programs to support people across our City like the Social Impact Fund, Tech 2 Thrive, Southwest Ohio GiveCamp, and our annual, company-wide, Pay It Forward Day.
