A major life insurance company needed to deploy multi-factor authentication on a tight deadline. There was a need for modernization of their process and a move to Agile processes.
Our team provided a resources to create a test plan to meet the deadline. Additional resources were brought in to create a suite of API tests, automated UI tests, and exploratory testing.
Ingage Partners delivered the new feature successfully and on time. Our team also created a QA roadmap to provide the company with clear guidelines for tools and procedures needed as the Web Team moved into a full Agile development style. The process is ongoing, but has made great strides to date toward accomplishing that goal.
