Our client sought our expertise to conduct a technology and strategy assessment for growth.

Solution 

We began with information gathering, conducting stakeholder interviews and created a summary narrative of all interviews. The narrative helped inform our assessment and recommendations for the organization.

Results

We delivered an executive deck for presentation to the CEO and President, and Board of Directors, for alignment and implementation. The end result was a validation of improvements for growth and an introduction to the EOS Growth Model, which they are now implementing.
